Pedrali collections staged at Design Nation
17 Oct, 2024
The Italian brand takes part for the first time in the Belgian design fair
Pedrali makes its debut at Design Nation, the international event focused on the latest design trends, bringing together designers, experts and companies to explore industry innovations.
On 17 and 18 October, at Kortrijk Xpo, the Italian brand will showcase its latest indoor and outdoor collections within a space (Stand 144, Hall 4) characterised by neutral tones, with a white drapery that envelops the entire room. Warmer colour shades - reminiscent of nature and earthy hues - highlight the products, displayed on coloured platforms.
At the entrance, Philía collection welcomes visitors. A side chair and armchair, designed by Odo Fioravanti, featured by rational and geometric lines that blend with softer forms typical of the human body.
A work environment that can be easily reconfigured according to needs, that focuses on the comfort of the people who use these spaces everyday, combining privacy and interaction – this is what is staged in the first setting featuring Buddyhub and Buddyhub desk, by Busetti Garuti Redaelli.
Nolita Sofa and Nolita Relax, designed by CMP Design, dominate the outdoor area located at the center of the stand. Nolita Sofa is an outdoor sofa characterised by simple and iconic shapes and a steel tube structure that provide visual rhythm and gentle proportions and ensure the greatest strength and durability.
In 2024 Nolita Relax further expands the family: generous sizes for an armchair that distinguishes itself maintaining the lines and design of the collection, it evokes the origins of the brand begun by Mario Pedrali way back to 1963 with his first metal garden chairs.
Buddy Oasi, designed by Busetti Garuti Redaelli and showcased here in purple and pink tones, is a system of generously sized ottomans and sofas that maintain the contrast between the bold volumes of the seat and the lightness of the legs typical of the Buddy family.
Lamorisse Lounge armchair and Blume table create an indoor lounge area. Lamorisse lounge, designed by CMP Design, is an armchair characterised by generous volumes, whose main feature is the contrast between the sober shape of the solid ash wood frame and the soft, generous and enveloping cushion. Blume table, designed by Sebastian Herkner, echoes the fine lines of the family, whose distinctive force emerges from the column with a sophisticated flower-shaped profile.
The exhibition area also features Stiel collection, designed by Sebastian Herkner, a seating collection inspired by elegance and sophistication. Characterised by soft, rounded shapes, Stiel features polyurethane foam on a curved round steel tube frame.
With its soft and enveloping shapes, the new Laja 2 armchair, designed by Alessandro Busana, finds place in the last space.
The stand also includes Hevea, by Victoria Azadinho Bocconi, a versatile furnishing element that brings nature into residential and contract settings.
