the italian company supports the leading italian contemporary art fair
Pedrali continues #Pedrali4art supporting culture and art by participating as technical partner of Artissima, the main contemporary art fair in Italy, from Friday 5th to Sunday 7th November, which will be staged at the OVAL – exhibition centre in Turin.

Founded in 1994 and now in its 28th edition, the fair connects its presence on the international market with great attention to experimentation and research. For the fifth time directed by Ilaria Bonacossa, this year Artissima focuses on the concept of Controtempo. The idea of “countertime” comes from the world of music and is applied here as a metaphor of art’s ability to shift rhythmical accents, transforming weak beats into strong points and creating a contrast between voices.
In 2021 Artissima will be both a physical and digital experience.
Not only an exhibition (Main Section, Dialogue/Monologue, New Entries, Art Spaces & Editions), this event has also three artistic sections supervised by a board of curators and directors of international museums, dedicated to emerging talents (Present Future), drawings (Disegni) and the rediscovery of pioneers of contemporary art (Back to the Future). Starting from 2020 these three curated sections are virtually hosted on the Artissima XYZ digital platform, accompanied in 2021 by a physical collective display within the exhibition pavilion.

Remind armchairs, designed by Eugeni Quitllet, evoke the soft sinuous curves of wooden chairs from the late 19th century. Remind is an innovative armchair in which each element is conceived to ensure total comfort and cosiness. The seat, the backrest and the breathable texture make it airy and even lighter.
Made from injection-moulded polypropylene, this armchair is functional and versatile, perfect for both outdoor and indoor spaces.
Fabbrico tables, stand out for their minimal, essential aesthetics, the steel legs and top give a contemporary “industrial touch”.
