Pedrali collaborates with RBC Paris on the exhibition curated by Patrick Jouin
On the occasion of the Paris Design Week, Pedrali collaborates with RBC Paris on “L'anima: du trait à l'objet”, an exhibition curated by Patrick Jouin iD staged from 6 to 23 September in the RBC Mobilier showroom in Paris.
The exhibition celebrates nine years of collaboration between the French designer Patrick Jouin and the Italian company, exploring the inspiration, the idea, the drawing and the whole creative process up to the product launch. The drawing gives soul to a functional object. Here the drawing testifies to the desire, to an appropriate proposal to the selection of materials, as well as their consumption and durability.
Drawings, prototypes and products designed by Patrick Jouin for Pedrali during these years of collaboration are now showcased in this space. Starting from Ester, a mix of elegance, ergonomics and functionality designed to furnish the interior of the most exclusive restaurants and hotels in the international scenario, to the last born such as Ila armchair, a refined piece of furniture with a strong personality, Héra, the wooden armchair embodying the concepts of lightness and comfort and Reva Cocoon, a system of lounge seats for outdoor use with woven backrest, including Elliot table, featuring sinuous natural forms and Social sofa.
