The Italian company presents #PedraliColoursofLightness at the Parisian event
From 16 to 20 January, Pedrali takes part in the 31st edition of Maison&Objet in Paris, the international event for retail, residential and hospitality professionals. The 100% Italian company, now in its 14th participation, will attend the fair with the booth #PedraliColoursofLightness – designed by the Milan-based DWA Design Studio – located in Hall 6 (stand G16 H15) within the Today section, dedicated to the interior design that combines originality and innovation.
#PedraliColoursofLightness reveals an ethereal and dreamlike environment defined by transparencies and characterised by the skillful use of colour and lightweight materials.
Pedrali welcomes its visitors to a 130 sqm area, where three different scenes come to life.
Buddy and Buddy Oasi collections by Busetti Garuti Redaelli create a dynamic composition within the first setting. Buddy Oasi is a system of generously sized ottomans and sofas, whose distinguishing feature is the movable backrest, with a soft, organic shape. Made of injected polyurethane foam, it can be easily and freely positioned on the seat to create multiple configurations.
Paired with the poufs are Diego side tables designed by Jorge Pensi Design Studio, improving comfort and ergonomics while working or relaxing.
Tamara pendant lighting by Basaglia Rota Nodari illuminates the scene.
Rizz table and Narì armchairs are the protagonists of the second outdoor setting. Featuring an aluminium frame, Rizz table by Robin Rizzini ensures strength and lightness at the same time.
Designed by Andrea Pedrali, Narì is an armchair that echoes some of the elements of the first forged iron garden chairs from Pedrali’s 1960s collection, in a contemporary key.
The Twiny rug, designed by DWA Design Studio, completes the space.
The landscape design also integrates seamlessly and harmoniously with the architecture of the stand. In this scene, a special full-height version of Hevea is showcased: a versatile furnishing element, designed by Victoria Azadinho Bocconi, that brings nature indoors.
The third space recreates an en plein air living room, thanks to the presence of Nolita sofa and Nolita Relax armchair, designed by CMP Design. Nolita Sofa is an outdoor sofa designed to enjoy moments of conviviality and relax in the open air, while Nolita Relax is a generously sized armchair that maintains the lines and design of the collection, confirming its summertime appeal.
The set also features the Nolita collection by CMP Design – chairs, armchairs and barstools – which celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2025. This family of outdoor seatings recalls the origins of a historic course, started by Mario Pedrali in 1963 with his first metal garden chairs.
Completing the stand are Caementum coffee tables by Marco Merendi & Diego Vencato, presented in a new glossy finish, the wireless Giravolta lighting by Basaglia Rota Nodari; Twiny rug by DWA Design Studio; and Hevea by Victoria Azadinho Bocconi.
Several lounge areas enrich the stand. In a comfortable indoor context are Ester Lounge armchairs by Patrick Jouin, that create an elegant living room atmosphere, complemented by Blume tables by Sebastian Herkner.
Another space showcases Lamorisse lounge and sofa, by CMP Design – a lounge armchair and a two-seater sofa characterised by the contrast between the sober shape of the solid ash wood frame and the soft, generous and enveloping cushion. To make the space more versatile, Buddyhub Sideboard, a new storage system from the Buddy family designed by Busetti Garuti Redaelli, is also included. In both settings, green walls and layouts are created using the three-column pot-holder Hevea partition, designed by Victoria Azadinho Bocconi.
Finally, the stand also features the Philía collection, designed by Odo Fioravanti, paired with the Elliot side tables by Patrick Jouin to create a charming outdoor corner.
